If this sounds like your shop

The 4 problems we built Serveotik to fix

You opened a perfume house to compose fragrances people come back for. Not to guess your oud stock, lose recipes in notebooks, and watch profit evaporate one unrecorded refill at a time.

Formulas living in one head
Your best compositions sit in a worn notebook or in the master blender's memory. One lost page, one employee walking out, and years of work walks out with them. Nobody else can reproduce the exact mix.
Raw material stock is a guess
Cambodian oud costs more per milliliter than gold-leaf packaging, yet most shops cannot say how many milliliters are left or what a blend truly cost. Reordering happens when the bottle looks empty.
Aging batches nobody tracks
A batch goes into the maturation room and the only record is memory. Which batch is ready? What did it cost to make? How much is left to bottle? Every answer is a shrug.
Counter blends that leave no trace
A customer asks for their usual mix. The operator pours from five bottles, takes cash, and writes nothing. Stock never moves, the recipe is never saved, and next visit the customer gets a different perfume.
How a fragrance moves

From raw oil to aged batch to the customer's hand

Every step happens in one app. Every milliliter is logged with its cost. Every sale deducts the exact ingredients it consumed.

01
Receive raw materials
Log every oud, rose absolute, musk, and diluent as it arrives. The system keeps a rolling average cost per milliliter and a full movement ledger per branch.
02
Save the formula
Build the composition with base, heart, and top accords and exact percentages. The vault is permission-guarded: only the people you choose can open, edit, or even see a formula.
03
Compound, age, bottle
Compound a batch and the ingredients are deducted at their real cost. Track maturation with a countdown per aging chamber, then bottle into 3 to 100 ml sizes that go straight into sellable stock.
04
Sell at the counter
Sell bottled perfumes at the POS, blend live attar at the counter, or refill a customer's own bottle. Every sale deducts stock automatically and lands in the customer's scent profile.

Frequently asked

Perfume house questions, answered

Does Serveotik work in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic runs across the whole flow: the formula vault, raw materials, compounding, aging, bottling, the attar bar, refills, and every report. Switch language per user and the right-to-left layout works correctly everywhere.
Will my formulas stay secret?
That is the point of the vault. Formula access sits behind its own permissions, separate from sales and stock. A cashier can sell the finished bottle without ever seeing what is inside it. You decide exactly who can view, create, edit, or delete a formula.
Does selling actually deduct my oils?
Yes, automatically. Selling a bottled perfume deducts the formula's ingredients behind it. Blending at the attar bar deducts every component of the mix from that branch's stock the moment the sale is recorded, and a refill deducts from the source bottle. If an ingredient is short, the screen tells you before the sale, not after.
How does aging tracking work?
Every compounded batch goes into an aging chamber with a maturation period. The dashboard shows a countdown per batch, flags the ones ready for release, and keeps the full cost of each batch from its ingredients. Nothing gets bottled or sold before you release it.
Can I refill a customer's own bottle?
Yes. The refill service prices by the milliliter, applies a sustainability discount you control for customers who bring their bottle back, records the customer and the exact quantity, and deducts the source stock. Refill history feeds a retention report so you know who keeps coming back.
What about Egyptian and Saudi compliance?
Egyptian EOS registrations and Saudi SFDA / eCosma certificates are tracked per product with expiry dates and renewal actions, and IFRA allergen declarations are calculated from the formula components themselves. When an inspector asks, the paper trail is one click away.
