If this sounds like your week

The 4 problems we built Serveotik to fix

You opened a restaurant to cook and serve. Not to chase paper tickets and Excel sheets.

Lost orders, missed items
A waiter writes the order on a paper. The kitchen misreads. The customer waits. You comp the dish. It happens again and again all week.
You don't know your real food cost
You priced the dish once when you built the menu. Supplier prices moved after that and nobody went back to update it, so you are still pricing on an old cost and cannot see what you really make.
Service slows on a busy night
Two waiters fight over the same printer. The cashier is on the phone calling kitchens. Tables go cold.
Your tools don't talk to each other
POS is one app, delivery is another, accounting is a third, and you reconcile by hand at midnight every Sunday.
How a single order moves

From the table to the kitchen to the books, on its own

Every step happens in one screen. Every step is logged. Every step is reflected in your reports.

01
Take the order
Tap the table on the floor plan. Add menu items. Note allergies, modifiers, and seat numbers if needed.
02
Send to the kitchen
The right ticket prints in the right station: grill, salad, dessert. The kitchen screen shows the queue, the prep time, and which tickets are running late.
03
Serve and follow up
Waiters mark items served. Diners get an automatic post-meal rating link. The expo screen tracks course firing and pickup.
04
Pay and close
Split the bill, accept cash or card, print the ZATCA-ready receipt. Inventory is auto-deducted. Accounting entries write themselves.

Frequently asked

Restaurant owner questions, answered

Does Serveotik work in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface is fully bilingual: the till, the kitchen display, the customer portal and the receipts. Language switches per user, and right-to-left layout works correctly throughout.
Can I run multiple branches from one account?
Yes. Restaurant Startro covers 2 branches, Restaurant Grow 3, and Restaurant Pro up to 5. You see consolidated sales, transfer stock between branches, and assign staff per branch.
Does it work with my existing kitchen printers?
Yes. Serveotik supports network and Bluetooth thermal printers. Each kitchen station can have its own printer, or you can route everything to one expo screen.
Can I track recipe cost down to the ingredient level?
Yes. Define ingredients with their purchase price and unit. Build sub-recipes (e.g. tomato sauce). Build menu items from ingredients and sub-recipes. The plate cost updates automatically when you receive a new purchase invoice.
Does it integrate with online food platforms like Talabat?
Direct integration with delivery aggregators is on the roadmap. Today, you can take orders from your own branded online menu, manage your own drivers, and route to your kitchens, with no marketplace commission on every order.
