Yes. Each card already shows the price for the country selected at the top of the page, in that country currency. There is no setup fee and no charge per sale.
A branch is one shop, restaurant or office with its own till and its own stock. A user is one person who signs in. Both caps are printed on the card, and where a plan has no cap the card says so rather than leaving it out.
The free trial and how long it runs are printed on each plan card. Nothing is charged during it, and you do not enter a card to start one.
